East DeKalb Community District Bi-Monthly Meeting

October 8 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

East DeKalb Community District: Empower Your Neighborhood in 2026!
Become a Block Captain, Make a Difference, and Shape the Future

Welcome to 2026! This is your year to shine and take action for a stronger, more connected community. At East DeKalb Community (HD 94), we believe in the power of neighbors coming together — and your energy, ideas, and passion are exactly what we need!

Your Voice, Your Time, Your Impact
Ready to make real change? Join us for our engaging bi-monthly community meetings! We proudly volunteer in vibrant neighborhoods near these precincts: Princeton Elementary, Redan-Trotti Library, Rockbridge Road (New Bethel AME Church), South Deshong, Stephenson Middle, Wynbrooke Elementary, as well as Shadow Rock Elementary and Stephenson High (HD 88).

Step Up as a Block Captain or Volunteer!
We’re searching for enthusiastic leaders and caring neighbors to help us reach every household, share valuable community updates, and build an unstoppable network of support. No experience needed — just a willingness to give a little time and a lot of heart!
• Block Captains: Share clear, trusted, and nonpartisan information.
• Help promote community events and resources.
• Support turnout for important civic moments.
• Connect and unify your block with positivity and purpose.

How to Get Involved
Our meetings are every other month on the second Thursdays at 6:00 PM via Zoom. Bring your ideas, your questions, and your energy! Interested in volunteering or becoming a Block Captain? Contact us anytime at eastdekalb@dekalbdems.com.

Support Us, Stay Connected
