Best Practices for Entering Open and Meaningful Dialogues with your Community

This training is for all volunteers — whether you prefer casual conversations with friends, family, and colleagues, or are ready to connect with voters you don’t know through direct voter outreach. Even if you don’t talk to others much, we would love for you to attend since you never know when the training will be handy.

You’ll learn Open Dialogue skills — attentive listening, thoughtful questioning, and values-based conversation techniques — to help people reflect on their priorities, connect them to progressive solutions, and feel empowered to act.
