Polk Democrats | Decorate Our Christmas Parade Float

Help build and decorate the Polk Democrats Christmas parade float! We will be in the Rockmart parade on Dec. 2 and the Cedartown parade on Dec. 4. To get ready, we will be working on the float on Sunday, November 30, from 2-5 p.m. Dress for the weather! Bring a cordless drill if you have one, and wear work clothes – there may be painting involved.

The Rockmart parade theme is “Songs of Christmas,” and Cedartown’s is “Holiday TV Special: Characters of Christmas.” Our float theme will be How the Grinch Stole Christmas. (Read into that what you wish.) We will have inflatables, lots of light strings, decorations, and a sound system to play the songs from the Grinch.

This is a fun, festive way to remind Polk County that DEMOCRATS LIVE HERE and we are a happy group of people to hang out with!
